With a positive energy and a passion for teaching Pilates , I create a space where every class feels empowering and welcoming.

My Pilates classes blend strengthening, mobility and flexibility exercises to help you feel strong, more mobile and balanced in your body. I use small props to help you progress towards different exercises, providing clear instructions to guide you on your Pilates journey. Each class ends with a moment of meditation, either to calm or energise you for the day ahead.
